Jason practices a diverse blend of litigation, including corporate, commercial, real estate, and criminal litigation. He represents consumers in bankruptcy proceedings and criminal defendants in both federal court as a member of the Criminal Justice Act Developmental Panel and state court. Jason also serves as an advisor to local government in Shelby County.
In law school, Jason competed on the winning team in the Honorable Robert H. Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition, where he also won the Christopher M. Maine Advocacy Award for best advocate in the championship round. Jason has continued to use the skills he honed in law school to advocate for his clients in both state and federal courts.
Outside of the office, Jason is active in his community. A lifelong Shelby County resident, Jason is the current president of Habitat for Humanity of Shelby County and is also a member of the board of directors of the Shelby County Historical Society.
