Bradley J. Buchheit
Attorney
Brad focuses his practice on resolving commercial disputes in state and federal courts. His experience includes prosecuting and defending bankruptcy adversary proceedings, as well as litigation involving breach of contract, business torts, and the Uniform Commercial Code.
In addition to his trial practice, Brad has briefed many cases in the Indiana Court of Appeals and Indiana Supreme Court, and he has argued multiple times before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. No matter the case, Brad is committed to helping his clients attain favorable results as efficiently as possible. Brad was listed in Indiana Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2015 to 2019.
