McNeelyLaw Attorneys Teach Future Lawyers

McNeelyLaw is delighted to report that four of our esteemed attorneys, Cynthia Bedrick, Jonathan Faber, Tanya Marsh, and Daniel McGregor, are active law school faculty members. Cynthia, Jonathan, and Daniel are all Adjunct Professors at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis and Tanya is a Professor of Law at Wake Forest Law.

Cynthia Bedrick, the Managing Partner at McNeelyLaw, is currently teaching Litigation Drafting to IU McKinney students. She teaches this course in both the fall and spring semesters and has taught since 2007. Cynthia focuses her practice in the areas of Civil Litigation, Business Litigation, Medical Malpractice, and Real Estate Litigation.

Jonathan Faber teaches Licensing Intellectual Property at IU McKinney. He also created and teaches The Right of Publicity course at McKinney, the first time in the country this subject matter has been taught exclusively. Jonathan practices in the areas of Intellectual Property Law, Business Law, Litigation, Valuations, and Mediation and Expert Testimony.

Tanya Marsh, a Partner at McNeelyLaw, teaches courses in Real Property, Trusts and Estates, and the only course in a United States law school on Funeral and Cemetery Law. Tanya focuses her practice on Commercial Real Estate Law, Corporate and Business Litigation, Corporate Law, and Death Care Services.

Daniel McGregor, an associate attorney at McNeelyLaw, is teaching his first class, Contract Drafting, this Fall. Dan practices in the areas of Business Transactions, Corporate Law, Elder Law, and Corporate and Business Litigation. Dan is excited to be teaching students at his alma mater.

We are so proud of Cynthia, Jonathan, Tanya, and Dan, for representing McNeelyLaw by using their extensive knowledge of the law and years of remarkable legal experience to teach future lawyers.
