Garrett concentrates his legal practice on real estate services, small business law, landlord-tenant relations, criminal expungement, and estate planning.
As a lifelong Hoosier, Garrett enjoys assisting members of the community with their various legal needs. Raised in Fishers, he graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington and earned his law degree at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. In addition to his legal practice, Garrett is a small business owner and real estate agent.
Relying on his diverse background and experiences, Garrett approaches each legal challenge with a unique perspective. In an often reactive society he practices law proactively, counseling clients to an effective resolution in their current matters and advising on their course for the future. Throughout his career Garrett has represented both individuals and businesses in a broad spectrum of matters.
Passionate about community advocacy and progress, Garrett volunteers regularly with the Broad Ripple Village Association and serves on its land use committee. In his free time, Garrett enjoys coaching cross-country and track and field at Hamilton Southeastern High School, volunteering at the Broad Ripple Farmer’s Market, and spending time with his wife and their two dogs.
