Join us in congratulating the newest attorney to the McNeelyLaw team, Jason Clark. Many of you know Jason as our very own law clerk. He sat for the July bar and, no surprise to us, passed with flying colors. Now, he joins us as an associate attorney.
Jason completed his undergraduate degree at Indiana University – Purdue University – Indianapolis in 2014 before continuing on to law school at Indiana University McKinney School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. In law school, he competed on the winning team in the Honorable Robert H. Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition, where he also won the Christopher M. Maine Advocacy Award for best advocate in the competition’s final round. He was also named to the Order of the Barristers and served on the Staton Moot Court Competition Board. He has previously worked as a legal extern for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and Eli Lilly and Company’s global tax department.
Jason has interests in tax, bankruptcy, civil litigation, and business transactions.
Jason has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and the Northern District of Indiana, as well as the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana. We look forward to the work he will do here at McNeelyLaw.
Congratulations, Jason!
