Today, we’re excited to shine a light on Daisy, one of our dedicated paralegals. Inspired by her upbringing in and around law offices—thanks to her mom, who is also a paralegal—Daisy found that working in a law firm setting feels like a second home. She enjoys focusing on insurance defense, appreciating the consistency of the cases while finding the unique details of each case both interesting and engaging.

Daisy’s typical day involves a variety of tasks, from reviewing emails and checking her daily to-do lists to drafting documents and handling phone calls. Yet, she notes that no two days are the same, as unexpected challenges often arise, keeping her work dynamic and rewarding. To stay organized amid multiple cases and deadlines, Daisy relies on her trusty to-do lists, which help her track tasks and deadlines effectively. She regularly reviews her cases to ensure everything is up to date and that nothing slips through the cracks.

Since starting her career, Daisy has seen her role evolve in tandem with the changing landscape of the legal field. The most rewarding aspect of her job is the opportunity to work with amazing colleagues who are always willing to help her develop her skills. Additionally, she finds great satisfaction in knowing that her work helps people navigate some of the most challenging moments in their lives. Daisy’s commitment to her role exemplifies the invaluable contributions paralegals make in the legal profession.
