This month’s Attorney Spotlight is on Trevor Brown! Trevor’s journey into law was inspired by his love for social studies and history, which were his favorite subjects in school. A career in law felt like a natural progression of these interests, allowing him to apply his passion for critical thinking and understanding societal systems in a meaningful way. He joined McNeelyLaw to be part of a collaborative and client-focused environment, which perfectly aligns with his approach to problem-solving and litigation.

For Trevor, the most rewarding aspect of practicing law is the teamwork involved. Whether working with clients, colleagues, or opposing counsel, he thrives on the opportunity to collaboratively tackle the diverse challenges that arise during litigation. His passion for solving problems through effective communication and strategy drives his dedication to the field.

When offering advice to those considering a career in law, Trevor emphasizes the importance of building strong foundational skills. “Choose an undergraduate major that focuses on reading, writing, and analytical thinking,” he recommends, as these abilities are crucial for success in the legal profession.

Outside of work, Trevor enjoys jogging, traveling, and spending time with his loved ones. One of his favorite companions is his cat, Truman, who brings extra joy and humor to his life.
