Attorney Spotlight: Jason Clark


Jason Clark received his B.A. from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in 2014. At Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Jason was a superstar, landing externships at Eli Lilly, Honda Manufacturing, and the Internal Revenue Service before graduating magna cum laude in 2019. He was admitted to the bar that same year.

Jason has continued to accomplish much since graduating. In addition to practicing in state courts, he also practices in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the United States Tax Court.

Jason practices in many different areas of the law, litigating cases in business, healthcare, civil torts, and criminal defense. Additionally, he also practices tax, bankruptcy and municipal law, serving as an advisor to local governments. Jason is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Shelby County Bar Association.

Outside the courtroom, Jason is very active in the community. He serves as the current president of Habitat for Humanity of Shelby County and as a board member of the Shelby County Historical Society. Jason is also a member of the Criminal Justice Act Developmental Panel and a satellite attorney for the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Jason’s dedication to the Shelby County community comes through in everything he does.
