Cynthia A. Bedrick has been a practicing attorney in Indiana since 1999. Cindy graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Butler University in 1996 and summa cum laude from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law in 1999. Cindy is currently the managing partner at McNeelyLaw LLP.
After graduation, Cindy served as a law clerk for the Honorable Theodore R. Boehm, Associate Justice of the Indiana Supreme Court, and then for the Honorable John Daniel Tinder, a United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Indiana. Being a law clerk allowed Cindy to hone her attention to detail and gain exposure to a wide array of legal areas. After her clerkships, she practiced at several firms and served as an in-house counsel for a vertically integrated real estate investment trust. Her excellence has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America.
Cynthia focuses her practice of law in the areas of business transaction, real estate transactions, corporate law, real estate litigation, and business litigation. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Shelby County Bar Association. She practices not only in Indiana state courts but also The United States District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Besides leading and developing McNeelyLaw into a well-rounded and successful firm, Bedrick also focuses on leading and developing the next generation of lawyers in Indiana. She serves as an adjunct professor at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Since 2020, she has also served as a member of the Indiana Board of Law Examiners, the body that, among other things, composes and manages Bar examinations for the state. In everything she does, Cynthia is focused on advancing those around her, including her clients her students, and the staff and attorneys of McNeelyLaw LLP.
